All the paragons made so far have been obviously male or at least neutral in terms of looks with nothing obviously female, I think Ice Monkey paragon should be a yuki-onna with obvious dress and maybe slight evidence of boobies.

I think when you combine 3 obviously male monkeys it only makes sense that the paragon is male.

All paragons - and indeed all monkeys - look gender-neutral to me. Besides, even in real life, at a distance most monkeys - and animals - may appear the same, to the untrained eye.

Is not like they should wear female clothing or have "long hair" or something along these lines to identify them as female, is it?

They're humanized both in appearance and outfit/gear in this game. You can usually tell which is which easily based on those humanizing traits.

Heroes yes. Generic monkeys no, unless they have mustaches or something of that sort. Outfits are pretty neutral IMO. As far as my perception is concerned, most generic monkeys can pass as either female or males.
