Hidden achievements

What do i need to do to unlock the hidden phoenix achievement ???

since the link i did see last week did only cover 5 of these and not even 10% of all hidden achievements. (remember to put spoiler tag incase you do this ;)

"Tackle the enemy balloons with only two monkey towers. You can use your favourite weapons and any type of booster. You can claim two Monkey Knowledge and Summon Phoenix by completing it

Ps. It dosent mention any certain mode or anything so can this be done in every mode/map?
Sry if i asked something there are hard to goggle incase you not know this for sure :P

Note: Anyway i will try this on easy as start, since then it will also be easy for new players to also get. If that dosent work i try on impoppable n next chimps mode to get clear information about this + edit the wiki site :P
