15 easy black border CHIMP maps with same strat.

Beginner: Monkey Meadow, Resort, Skates, Candy Falls, Winter Park, Carved, Frozen Over, End of the Road, Logs

Intermediate: Moon Landing, Downstream, Cracked, Steambed

Advanced: Another Brick, Off the Coast, Cornfield

All the maps above I have gotten Black Border using this same easy strat with no micro needed.

1) Open with Sauda, you'll have exactly enough money to buy her at the start. Her placement is extremely important—put her at a loop, corner or intersection. Basically anywhere that Bloons will stay in range of her for as long as possible. If you do leak some Bloons early on, you can sometimes save it by using her Leaping Swords power. Make sure you have a Leaping Swords ready for the round 40 MOAB and the round 100 BAD.

2) After Sauda is down save up for a Wizard Monkey and put it near Sauda.

3) Put down an Alchemist and place it near Sauda. Set it to Strong.

4) Upgrade Wizard 2/0/2

5) Upgrade Alchemist to 2/0/2

6) Save for a Heli Pilot and then upgrade it to 3/0/2. Just leave it on Pursuit the whole time. Saving for the initial Heli Pilot is the most dicey part, remember to use Sauda's Leaping Swords to help.

7) Save for Monkey Village and put it down where it will cover all your towers. Upgrade it to 2/0/0

8) Upgrade the Wizard to 2/0/4. The Necromancer.

9) Upgrade Alchemist to 4/0/2 for the buff brews.

10) Provided you placed Sauda in a good spot everything should be pretty stable now. Next is a longer period of time where you don't really have to do anything but save up for 2/0/5 Prince of Darkness for the Wizard.

11) Next is another long saving period to get the Heli to 4/0/2

12) Save for awhile and get the Village to 2/3/0

13) Now is a loooong stretch of saving for 5/0/2 Heli Apache Prime.

14) What you do next is kinda up to you. I've found that if you go for a Spike Factory 0/2/5 Permaspike you'll just barely have enough money for it before the last couple of rounds which can help if you somehow screw up fighting the BAD.

There it is, 15 easy-peasy CHIMPS black borders and the achievement. Just make sure to save a Leaping Swords for the round 40 MOAB and the round 100 BAD but otherwise just spam Sauda's powers when it makes sense. Should be no problem for you once you get past the early game and get the Heli Pilot, since the very early parts are the most dicey.
