Anyone knows how to change this interface back to normal

Not to be that guy but does reinstalling the game still throw it out like that?
I think you may need to email them about it. Though idk why you would be the only one stuck on that layout.

Its set by your aspect ratio.
1280x1024 will put it in the middle
1280x720 will put it on the right.
