Thanks man.
Would you recommend it?
I never used to like TD games, but have recently been getting into them more.
Been playing Doom Tunnel and The Rift Breaker which are TD hybrids, so thought I'd have a look for some more good TD games. This was suggested to me. I thought it looked like a mobile game, but that's not always a bad thing.
Bloons is for sure one of the best TD games you can play.
I would say if like TD you also like Bloons,
If you don't like Bloons you won't like TD games in general^^
You can play this game in singleplayer and with up to 4 players.
I won't say there is a prefered mode. Singleplayer can be as fun as multiplayer and vice versa.
Thanks.
Thank you.
I have not played a lot of TD. I do have some games with TD elements to them though, and I like those.
I think I will try this game.
it's because the game is advertised as a co-op game. I wasn't sure if it was a "party" style game where the fun totally comes from playing with other people.
I've looked into it though and the game looks awesome.
As soon as I seen the Monke's being levelled up into sub classes (that actually change in appearance too) this was enough to get a buy from me. I have always really been into cosmetic options in games, and I hate games where if you change a piece of gear, the characters appearance doesn't change.
Just the fact that the Monkes change cosmetically based on the level up/sub class was enough to get me to buy it. ha ha.
PS: I don't play multiplayer in games very often, I prefer to play games alone. I know this is probably backwards, but it's just how it is.
I'm the guy that'll play an MMO and purposely build a character to solo stuff.
In WoW I don't do content till it's old enough for my character to be able to solo it. I'm incredibly anti social when it comes to games. I hate having to rely on people, and vice versa.
Had been looking for a TD game to try out. Really like what I've seen so far.
Great price as well during the sale, although my friend got it even cheaper again (must have been on sale for even cheaper at some point? he may have gotten a cheap CD key though)
For the price I paid though, I'm incredibly happy.
Any other good TD games on Steam that I should check out? Just getting into the genre.
on the steam page for the game. it's advertised as a 4-player co-op game in the video.
I think also seeing the towers in the video (as they're characters) I thought they were all different players.
Now I know how the game works though, I can see that's just towers and not multiple players.
creeper world 4 is good but its kinda also an RTS
Thanks.
The new frankenstein TD looks good as well, also free.
X-morph Defence is really good as well. also their newer game the rift breaker, although the tower defence elements are lesser in that one
