What does this mean?

There is a symbol that randomly changes which map it applies to. Its an orange and blue symbol with 3 different monkeys and a dart and 2 stars below it. I don't know what it means. What is it?

It's like any of the special events, Golden Bloons, Bonus holiday points for crates, etc. There's a random icon for whatever is a current event in each track category and it moves to another track once you complete that track

Awesome, thank you a ton! I was so confused and didn't know what to do when it came to that. I thought those three towers got a bonus if i used them, but I see now!

Well, you get bonus monkey money if you beat the track and those were the only towers you use. It's also required for certain achievements (if you care about those)
