1. Fix Embrittlement description. Embrittlement upgrade says that it allows the ice monkey to hit camo bloons even though that is said in the description of Cold Snap.
2. Ability to view and change names of monkeys outside of games.

You might want to read those again. The descriptions are more accurate than you realize:

Cold Snap: Can freeze and pop Lead and Camo Bloons. (Notice what it doesn't say? It can't see the camo Bloons, it only pops them if it happens to trigger on other Bloons simultaneously, it's an extra effect at that tier that didn't used to exist until the recent patch, but it's not a huge upgrade either)

Embrittlement: DETECTS Camo Bloons and all Bloons including MOABs hit become brittle, taking extra damage for a short time and LOSING Camo & Regrow properties permanently. (This is very clearly a major upgrade to only being able to pop them as a side effect, now it can actively see them AND remove the camo effect even if it wasn't able to pop the Bloon during the freeze session, similar to the Ninja Counter-Espionage upgrade where the Ninja could always see Camo, now they can also strip camo even if they don't manage to fully pop the Bloon they hit)

2. Ability to view and change names of monkeys outside of games.

You might want to read the Monkey Names upgrade in the Trophy Store menu, it very clearly told you where to go for this. You can view the stats and change monkey names from the Main Menu Profile, like this:

Thanks for clarification on the first one, but on the second one you can only rename the towers that you have already named. It would be nice to be able to name them in there without having named them previously.

My 220 ice monkey detected and popped a lone camo bloon, just FYI
Also popped em at round 33, which is entirely filled with camos
