Benjamin simply is for greed. But he is a dead weight if you use him on CHIMPS mode.
Ben is for virtually anything easy/med and half cash.
I got benjamin early and havn't looked back.
In many of the easy maps I can use a crate of monkey cash as level 1. Putting down 2 towers and benjamin.
Having the skills where heroes start at level 3 helps as well.
This gives me cash per round as early as possible.
For me having a solid economy let's me get into any specific monkey's I want based on position limits.. whatever whatever.
Typically wizard monkey's can devastate most of the game, so you just need to afford it.
Snipers do goo. Ships devastate.
I love his ability to sap a MOAB and stop it from spawning. This makes it so that when I get to level 40 I only need to kill the moab, not kill the moab and the spawns.
I find Benjamin let's me stretch my eco a little further than I should be able to.
Letting me get the banks, the loan, the 25k cost items.
Love it.
With lots of practice with benjamin I find he is flexible enough to BUY any skill you need opposed to limiting yourself to a hero's set skills and building your tower skills around that.
