Whats the best standalone 0.0.4 or 0.4.0 or 4.0.0 Tier 4 tower?

without any kind of context this question is kinda useless, with that being said,
top path dart monkey is funny on maps with alot of walls (moon, hedge, etc)
middle path bomb shooter is great at dealing with moabs and is very effective for the price
middle path ice and bottom path glue both help slow down bloons
bottom path sniper go brrrr
2-0-4 sub is really really good for the price especially if you throw an alch next to them
bottom path wiz racks up a ton of pops on the smaller easier bloons allowing the other monkeys to more safely focus moabs and such
top path super money does the big dps
bottom path super monkey is pretty poggers with special poperations
top path ninja good and everyone knows it
top path alch is good and everyone knows it
bottom path druid stack is always funny and sometimes good

But middle path monkey ace can deal with everything in the game so I guess that one, it has darts, explosives and camo detection without needing to invest in another path

Best tower is 040 village. It grants Camo, MIB and IAS/popping power increase. Unbeatable in utility.

You NEED to specify that on original post. No one can understand unless you make it clear.
One of the Tier 4 that works well without crosspath or high investment is probably 0-4-0 Dartling. Its ability can contribute a lot until Round 81+, pops all bloon type.

tested on monkey meadow, it didn't even pop the fortified zomg even with the stun MK
tried it on logs just now, it actually got fairly close and leaked only 5000 lives of moabs and bloons.
004 super destroyed everything with like 2 more possible passes bloons could make through his range on logs though

also new update just came out and x4x dart had a 10 second cooldown increase lol
