I LOST all of my profile
I haven't played BTD6 for several months, before I have 30-40 rank (i dont exacly remember) (steam achievements can prove that). But now when I installed game again, I enter game tutorial and rank reset to 1, and of course moneys, progressions, upgrades all LOST. I'm very sad and do not know how to contact dev to support.
Cloud save still works well in the past or now. I do know what happened.

Currently, the only way to restore lost data is to either create an account and save or remember your credentials or get a recovery code and write it down somewhere. If you haven’t done either of those, you’re out of luck. If you played on the mobile version, you can refer to your credentials/recovery code from there. It’s not known whether or not Ninja Kiwi intends to add cloud saving for guests in future.
Same here, haven't played in months, installed update now progress lost. I only play on Steam, not consoles. I went in and relinked my steam account, but still no luck.
Im guessing neither of you made an account when you started playing the first time.
If you dont then I believe it saves to your local harddrive or steam cloud if you have that turned on/enabled.
