High round lagging
Are there any tips on reducing lag on high rounds, my highest is like 250+ still going. It would probably just get more laggier and laggier.

Because there's just to much stuff going on and you cannot permanently prevent it, only delay it. Eventually you will hit the limit of what your machine can handle, even if you were to play on a supercomputer.

No idea and because of heavy lag in late rounds i usually just quit after round 100

my specs:
moba: MSI MS-7B24 (B360M Bazooka)
rtx 2060 super
i5 8600k
16gb ram
3x 1gb m2 sticks

Ps. maybe i just need more ram i dunno :/

Probably because in high rounds there are lots of bloons on screen and lots of towers and effects going on that would lag your computer

avoid using necromancer, spike factory, sky shredder, 500 task shooter
Flying towers lag the game a lot

Maybe if we could get a option bar to set if we want full particle effects or reduced, something to make it simple to adjust for all people.

Anyway less gore effects can be a good thing when your eyes hurt after played too much :P

True, and also if you have small bloons, it makes bloons small so i guess could be less laggier.

I think ninja kiwi needs to optimize the game some more or add option to remove/reduce projectiles

well maybe UNITY should acutally use the system resources then.. Bloons sitting at 20/30% GPU/CPU doing nothing but being laggy at 10 FPS once triple digit round start..

Or maybe its time to create a new engine that fits NK needs especially with late game rounds
