It's so annoying and makes the game frustrating. And since it is a single player game, there is no reason that I can understand, except to increase the statistics of the playing time.

It's also 3x speed and not 2x speed but still a 5x would be better for grinding ^^

there are probably people out there who could spam towers under 5k each (after upgrades) and win while on 10x speed or more... im not very good at apm myself but i've seen enough people doing ♥♥♥♥ fast af to not doubt it.

Its to keep the speed the same as the mobile version.

Your already at an advantage playing on pc
Loading times are faster, high rounds are much faster.
