"BloonTD6 - Unity 2019.2.5f1_9dace1eed4cc" error, can't start game

Game crashes on start. I tried restart, reinstall, steam update, verify game cache...

When started from Steam library, a window pops up, entitled, "BloonTD6 - Unity 2019.2.5f1_9dace1eed4cc". It disappears and nothing happens.

WIN 10 64bit
CORE i7
Radeon HD 7550m

I read in some threads that you should try deleting the save data folder in steamapps. I searched for but did not find any such folder.

The location people are referring to is probably something like this:
C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\userdata\ your steamID \960090
