You can use discord, ventrillo, teamspeak, raidcall, skype, mumble, steamchat, and other lesser known chatapps to talk with friends. Steam chat comes with steam, just need to add them as a friend and call them from your friends list.

@Deku Scrub i use line app and that use alot of internet stability so i ask if there voice chat in smiple is that

I would use discord or steam chat for simplicity.
