How can I move my monkey bar to the right side as it is on the bottom side?

I looked in setting and I don't see the option to move my monkey bar to the right side.

It just depends on your game resolution

It is set by aspect ratio not resolution.
4:3 is middle, 16:9 and everything else is right.
