cursor lag

anytime i move my cursor my fps dips to 10 or 20, i usually have about 100 its really annoying to play with, anyone else having this problem?

I don't know if this will help, but if you have NVIDIA you can try this

1. Right click on desktop -> NVIDIA Control Panel
2. Under 'Manage 3D Settings' swap from 'Global Settings' to 'Program Settings'
3. Click 'Add' and find Bloons TD6 to add to the list
4. With BTD6 selected, now scroll to the very bottom of the list below
5. For 'Vertical sync' change it to 'Adaptive (Half Refresh Rate)'

i did this and it worked for a few seconds until the glitch started happening again

ok i think i found a solution but generaly it worked for me. if you reduce ur poling rate on ur mouse it should help the issue. i did it on the logitech g hub and i reduced it from 1000 to 500 and it fixed it. if you need me to explain it just send a friend request and i can show you or something. its something to do with the report rate, if it is to high many games cant handle it and i had lots of problems in loads of other games.
