Double money in co-op should gives half money for 4 players. And standard money for 2. Wich is good

I played BTD5 Coop on Steam and mobile, players just spam towers due to Double Cash mode. It also happened frequently on Flash ver. as I meet a respectable amount of players who paid for that mode.

Obviously, it takes out the fun. All I have to do is wait bloons to be popped, get rich, and mindlessly spam.

This is why in BTD6 Coop mode is really a coop mode, instead of "Hey look at me I'm rich and got Double Cash mode!", and the others "Wow BTD6 is P2W".

You should be grateful if you can get Coop mode at least working in your region, because not everyone can get it to work, especially mine region, Asia with high latency to west side.

Having enough money in COOP is not really that difficult, if your playing a short mission then base income would be enough most of the time, if your playing a long mission then its not hard to get up a farm or two.
But in either case the golden rule of COOP is: Benjamin Benjamin Benjamin Benjamin. Best hero in COOP mode by far.

You need to use monkey banks in co-op. And use smarter tower placements. It's not difficult.

Start with 2-3 2-0-0 banana farms. Upgrade them all to 2-2-0. Then upgrade 1 at a time to 2-3-0.

A 1-0-1 ninja monkey, 0-0-2 boomerang monkey and free dart monkeys works good to start. This give everyone time to start to basic farming. Then 1 discounted heli-pilot will get you to round 39. Afterwards you just need one 3-0-0 monkey ace to kill the moab on round 40.
