Game crashing at loading

So, I was playing the game normally, and it froze at random. once I restarted, and tried to play, it crashed 3 times in a row. So what I then did was vertify the files, and it still crashed. then I reinstalled the game, and it still crashes. so I shut the pc off, and waited a day, and here we are with a still crashing btd6. sent a ticket to support, but incase that somehow dosent help, asking here, any way to fix?

This didn't work for me. Tried uninstalling and doing same and still didn't work. Mine loads up to 9 of 9 but when I hit the start button it does the loading symbol then crashes.

alright, restart your laptop or computer and it will work, i tried restarting my laptop and it stopped crashing
