Honestly, hiding it behind an easily circumvented region lock is the best thing that could have ever happened to it. It's like the flimsy curtain that separates the adult section from the rest of the bookstore. If you want those books out in the front of the store, you're going to have to start making compromises, like cleaning up the cover art. Leave it behind the curtain, and there's no compromises.

If so, then it seems that the main reason KT did not release it is because they are cowards, and thought it would impact their fighting games. Hilarious, considering how badly DOA6 was received.
