Highly doubt it. They didn't add Tina, Lisa and Mila to the roster on DMM. The only returning girl was Leifang.

They tend to prioritize new girls that aren't in the DOA universe. I mean there's already 3 girls not from DOA.

There was a vote for girls to make them appear in the final game of DOAX3, the girls you mentioned just got not enough votes. Yes, it's sad I know.

However, NiCO is somehow different. She has just made her debut in the latest game. (I don't actually know if NiCO is hot enough though)

So I think the only way to justify this, is to make a new poll including latest girls too.

Although Nico's characteristics were taken from Luna, it would be great to have her in the game, as well as her story after DOA6.
(maybe her electricity would be disappeared after arriving at the island, as it might get electric shock when touching the water.)
