How can I get it to spawn in Northern Africa instead of having to transport them there?
This is so that the Allies can potentially interdict its journey, and also to prevent gamey moves by Allied players blocking its spawn points in North Africa, and preventing players from receiving all the units they should have done.
Some experienced Allied players who had studied the scripts far more than most people would do, were reported to be virtually suiciding units on occasions to get them adjacent to the spawn points at the crucial time. Thus depriving their opponents of all the units that they had spent MPPs on, and this change fixes that.
They should always appear*, in white if they are inactive and in blue or red if active (the colour depending on whether they are Axis or Allied convoys).
There are occasions where they can move in game, these movements being triggered by events and player decisions, but some should always be there.
One check could be to go to Wars Maps at the top of the screen, and then select Convoy Map. Hopefully this shows all the convoys?
*There is one exception, and that would be in a modded campaign where its designer hasn't updated all the scripts after making changes to the campaign.

This will help me to narrow it down.
