Any tips for dealing with Little Willie?

So been cruising through the game with the default Cruiser (cus why not), and oh my god HOW do you COUNTER Little Willie? its ether the Steam Copters, Unguided missile barrage or when he builds a laser turret that really kills me.

Obviously he can out economy me, but its not like i can just sit their and build a Ultralisk just get 30 extra drones. and he puts up so many shields you MUST use the Broadside cannon which takes a while to build.

So i ask? How do you SINK this battlecruiser?

I used the 2nd ship, focused on building extra drones at first, then put-up 4 shields, then the x4 drones, then the x8, add one upgraded SAM and Mortar, add 2 more shields when you get a chance, and finally a single ultimate weapon of your choice in conjunction with a Man 'O War.
