Better hurry and get your refunds now folks, lol!

There's also a twee from the official KSP account saying KSP2 is alive, but that's corpo-speak and doesn't tell us much. If IG wasn't dead, we surely would have heard by now.

The 2 hour mark is just for instant automatic ones. You can always try, but you have to have very good reason.

Tho I'm not sure is "Take two laid off whole studio to reduce overhead costs and momentarily boost the appearance of balance sheets" good refund reason.

That's just not how any of this works. Publishers are simply not infinite money trees. Studios contract with publishers to deliver a working game for a specific amount of funding. If the studio fails to reach that goal, that's on the studio, not the publisher. Take2 granted first ST and then IG multiple extensions to try to get a finished KSP2, but at some point you can't just keep throwing good money after bad.

When money gets tight, as it has been for a while, studios stop getting extensions. They either live up to their commitments, or they fail.

I'm convinced that the original launch was not meant to be EA, but they were forced by T2 to release, so they slapped the EA tag on it.
I bet they regret that decision now, and should have simply cancelled before launch.

Be extremely cautious about anything Take 2 says. Them saying the game is still alive might not mean anything; they might just have 3-5 people releasing patches once a year and they will say: You see? The game is still in development! Yaay

The ONLY part that is "CONFIRMED" (smh) is what they officially stated so far: "the [Private Division] label continues to make updates to Kerbal Space Program 2."

Yall are mistaking what I'm saying; I'm saying all we have is that statement to go off of, not these click-bait, sensationalism "news" titles that these journalists use these days. Take it for what it is. Speculation doesn't help anyone. Does it look good? Definitely not; I don't think anyone would argue that at this point. But it doesn't mean the game isn't getting further updates. Yet anyway.

the only fact that's needed is the warn filing from the state website. from there it should take a few minutes of research to confirm that must be about ig. the rest is simple logic that follows from that. ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ pr statements are meaningless.

Anyone rushing in here to say otherwise? ;)

Further updates?? LMAO! It wasn't the rockets that were 'wobbly', let's leave it there, shall we? :D

It's exactly as alive as it was before: dead.

Maybe Take 2 will hire some Mexican food-truck vendors to finish the game since apparently they're more competent than the losers that got this golden goose dropped in their lap.

Yeah sounds like they are going to keep going to what, June? So maybe that's what they mean by "continues to make updates"
