Mechjeb
Will mechjeb be available from day one? Or on the contrary it will no longer be necessary for less skilled players like me.

We have to learn, don't worry Radimov, i already forgot how to enter the orbit, not to mention how to get to the Mun :). Im sure we will kill many innocent Kerbals on our space programs :(

mechjeb is the best mod ever vor ksp! i hope they do for the second start ^^

i got close to 1 k hours in ksp 1 and still use mechjeb religiously, after a million manual launches, rendevouz and docking in lko, its nice to just let an autopilot take care of it.
I truly believe MJ will come back pretty soon after mods is available

it's the best mod because it literally just plays the game for you, the whole point is to kinda figure it out yourself lol. With the new tutorial heres hoping it will make it easier for you to launch and figure out how to get to the mun for starter.

Mechjeb represents the reality in space launch. All is automatic, the manual control is only for emergencies.

Never knew that, I'd like to manual control because its kinda more fun and gives purpose to playing the game.

depends on how you play and what you enjoy.

if you like to fly rockets it certainly spoils your fun, if you like to build them and you are more interested in space race and strategy you prefer not to have to fly all the time and use mechjeb.

I use mechjeb since i know how to launch, rendevouz, dock and do interplanetary transfers, when youve done it literall thousands of times, its not that interesting anymore, and its nice not having to spend my time doing it again and again for every mission.

The game is launching with no modding support. So unless you know how to unpack unity assets I'm not sure many mods will be popping anytime soon.

Im hoping we wont need it. From the youtube videos, there is a lot of info with numbers from the game's UI.

Assuming this is true that is very disappointing.

@Fizix sadly it is true and all the media team have said it in the preview event videos.

Ouch, I was hoping the "mod" support "issue" was about how steam workshop treats DLLs (since something like that was the issue in ksp), if it's "assets" and decompiling the problem, it's way more complicated, I guess? O.O
