Key bindings

Is there a list of default key bindings? I'm at a bit of a loss as to how to even change some of the ones to buttons on my wheel or button box...some assignments that I am sure exist I don't even see in the list under Controls.
It seems to be possible to zoom onto some of the dashboard switches and change their state with the mouse...how does one do so?
Sorry to be such a newB, but I am one, just bought the game today and only a couple of stops into the first tutorial run. Fun so far

Main menu under controls and select what bus you wish to change bindings.
Pressing 0 will change views and to the dashboard. If you are using the mouse to steer you will need to press the scrollbar to deselect the steering so u can move the cursor to select the buttons.
The tutorial throws a lot at you buy you'll pick it up in no time.

Thanks, have made some progress, wheel and pedals working well, discovered that "Camera Cockpit " buttons, default 5, 6, 7 and 8 take you on a tour of the dash and armrest so you can use the mouse to flips sitches etc. Coming along
