2. Managing is an important part in TBS.. Make sure your drivers are assigned to buses and routes and if they get sick and you cannot jump in you better have an insurance to cover for it :)
3. Was checking for BS 2018 too, think it's too much of a childrens' b-day party...
4. Omsi 2 is really deep, realistic and satisfying, but you have drawbacks in graphics, performance and content (great community tho, tons of quality freeware addons, highly reccomend for bus enthusiasts)
5.Fernbus is driving from A to B, repeat... in TBS you have lines, shuttles and sightseeing.
apart from that the map scaling plays a big role too.. fernbus happens on a huge map which had to be downscaled a lot. that makes for super small cities and long weird highways which seem unrealistic.
They did a great job with tourist bus choosing this island, since you don't feel the scaling of 1:5 (?) while driving. TBS is quite challanging to drive too, since the roads are very narrow.
Tourist bus sim and Omsi2 are the games on my hard disc
Agree, still waiting for VR to catch up, expect in a few years monitors will be a thing of the past. Will see
Buy Tourist Bus Simulator for managing a bus company.
Buy OMSI for a very realistic technical implementation.
Buy Bus Simulator 18 for multiplayer.
(Do not buy LOTUS. Way too early state.)
:D
