Dear TML Studios
First of all, thanks for the entertainment during my 38 hrs clocked on TBS over the Easter!
I have made a few notes of my encounters along the way and please accept my apologies in advance if these issues has been raised before.

1) Costa Calma car washer:
Body damage upon exit on to the road from gravel / curbside.

2) La Lajita & Tarajalejo:
Objects falling from shops / cafés in to the street. I've hit a few blue/purple "table umbrella thingy" (proper name in english, anyone?) falling from right hand side as you turn first left in city centre Tarajalejo. Not been able to positively identify what I've hit in La Lajita but it looked something like a postcard rack.

3) Northbound on coastal rd. towards Corralejo:
Steep climb casuing body damage even well below speed limit. Failed to write down exactly where this happened, but I think it was just after passing a bridge and an intersection.

4) Gravel road towards Cofete:
Several steep climbs combined with curves causing body damage (was doing max. 10 km/h). First one I hit was just above Playa Juan Gomez and second was just before the intersection to west end of the island.

5) Llanos de la Concepcion:
Rock on the curb on the southernmost road on the outskirts of town. Collision box reaches over the white line and in to the street.
This was particularly annoying as it wrecked my bus on its first trip after a full repair.

Still reading? Good! That's it for that part, now I only have a few questions :)
In the employee-section there's a star-rating, is that their skill level? Like for drivers it's how likely they are to crash?
Speaking of this, one of my drivers managed to crash a fully repaired bus in to 100% damage + plenty red dots on 2 consecutive trips. He was not able to complete his hat-trick and is now "taking a siesta" under the scrapped Lion-parts pile.
But two consecutive trips, to me at least, is extremely unrealistic, almost bug-like.
However with 100% body damage the limp Lion still trots away on it's scheduled trips as if all is peachy! Is this meant to be? Does it impact service level, employee satisfaction or something like that?

Alright, I'll let you off now! Please dont flame me if all this is old news blues or just bleedin' Rain Man-like complains :)

Have a smashing day!
Cheers

Hi there,

thanks a lot for your feedback and we're happy you enjoyed our latest game so much during the holidays. Some of it is already listed, however, but nevermind. It may eventually be fixed an upcoming update,

As for your question, the star indicates the level of your employee - just like your own player level - and with each level up their reliability increases, which has an effect on how likely a driver is going to have a crash for example. The higher the reliability, the lower the chance of a crash.
Mechanics require less time for repairs with higher reliability, and guides have a lesser chance to miss sights with higher reliability.
Experience is gained by completing trips and tours, or by completed repairs in the case of mechanics.

We've decided for gameplay reasons that a 100% damaged vehicle is still able to complete trips and tours, in order to not create a gameplay deadlock. But taking a damaged vehicle on trips a negative effect on your trips scores as the passenger surely don't like to take trips with damaged vehicles. The same goes for polluted/unclean vehicles.

Kind regards

A question? Do I have to take a look all the time employees busses cleanless manually, one by one in vehicle menu? And do I have to drive by myself them to carwash, one by one in a time? Any change at mechanics wash them too, there are plenty room on outside of the worksop and garage!?

Hi there,

yes, you will have to wash them yourself one-by-one. There is no auto-washing feature for your fleet.

Kind regards
