New Area loading times
Fluent graphics in every area but takes 2-3 minutes to load each new area I haven't been.

I'm playing on an HP with Windows 10 Pro (single core i5, 4GB RAM).

Every time an area is fully loaded, I can return to the previous area with ease, taking just a second to load. I've tried disabling Vsync, using windowed mode, switching my power options from balanced to power saver, and disabling the steam overlay and cloud sync.

Not sure if there are system requirements i'm not meeting but I've seen others on laptops who not only had issues with, but could run this game after fixing it.

Note: Haven't tried uninstalling and reinstalling solely for the fact it doesn't appear to actually do anything.

Make sure your GPU drivers are up-to-date.

Also, if your laptops are dual-GPU, I'd try running the game on both GPUs to see if there's any difference.

Sadly, it's one of the problems I was unable to reproduce myself, and I had access to dozens of different PC machines.

I am having the same problem, it becomes almost unplayable due to this long loading time. I have researched it a lot, but still couldn't find a solution, hope someone helps us.

Thanks a lot for the response, I will try to see if it will work, the game is great.
If it doens't work I will try it on a new PC that I am about to get.

Just did a scan of all possible driver updates and found 4 (optional?) driver updates that after installing, made the game work the way it was meant to. No more issues and fluent gameplay.
