Nice, but how do you know?

I think the devs went on holiday or something, post launch support is super weak right now, over a month after launch and all we get is a hotfix but the game itself is so small and hardly any content in it to boot. They gonna add workshop support and abandon the game thereafter and let the community do the hard carry... I understand game development is a complex thing but still, there are other devs who put in solid work and release fantastic updates on a monthly basis.

It's kinda like hotline miami is abandoned by it's devs now, even though the game has some nasty optimization issues on current gen hardware - they added workshop support and then left the game to continue selling like hotcakes so the money rolls in but without actually doing any additional work.

Honestly Carrion could have such a dope content strategy if they actually wanted to do it, but it's so very unlikely they will actually do any post launch content.

i hope there will be a sequel where you can morph into a human and the "monster/biomass" and can rampage through cities now that you broke out and went out into the whole wide world :D that would be sick

They put three years into this game, they might've not made the best game of the century but they shed a lot of blood, sweat, and tears over this game, the graphics are spot on, the layout is beautiful, you might not think they did a lot of work but many people who can actually appreciate the work and effort they put in this game will agree with me that even though the game is short, it is fun and what we wanted, blood, gore, VIOLENCE, and above all, beautiful from head to toe, or in this case, from bloody tentacle to gaping mouth.

Isn't there a game on the ps3 where you played as a monster like mutant human that could absorb people and walk around disguised by them?

There is, it is called Prototype. It also has a sequel, Prototype 2.
Those games were also inspired by the science fiction horror movie The Thing.

Sadly Activision shut down the studio, Radical Entertainment, since they were not happy with the profits it generated, despite selling well... But that is greedy scummy Activision for you...
So it seems like a grim chance of ever seeing a Prototype 3... :cfacepalm:

Darn a prototype 3 on next gen could have been interesting, and yes thats exactly what I was thinking about.
