Tips on RA9 and 20?

Done everything I could think of to get those two achievements.

For RA9, near the ending where the dev says hello and leaves an email, jump up from the email.

I still have to find out 20, but if anyone found it out, it would be nice to write it here !

RA9. Jump when you see the e-mail at the end.

20. Exit the race maze in 20 seconds. Either have the block shove you out or complete the lap and GO BACKWARDS to where that moving block is, the gate will be open.
