They moderate it, but since they're listed as separate games, they still have to follow steam's forum rules, which means no spam or advertising. This thread is both.

I want more updates after this. Love this game, and it could thrive if it has the proper support.

Remove it from RE3, make it twenty dollars, give it dedicated servers, cross-play, anti-cheat, and I guarantee people will come flocking to this game.
