Black screen when launching

upgraded my game to the next gen update and when I launch the game its just a black screen. specs are
amd 3700x
32gb ram
nvidia 3080 founders
Windows 10

fresh installed windows 11 same issue still.

I really hope so, whats really peed me off is that I meet the minimum specs and more and cant play a game I own

The first time I played after the new update it would open up in a windowed black screen for, like, three minutes and eventually figured out how to start the game. I didn't touch anything, I just wanted to see how it would play out while I browsed reddit on my phone.

With the latest Nvidia drivers for my RTX 3080 it's been starting up as normal right until I CTD with another dx12-related error.

to fix the black screen launch issue for me i had to uninstall game then go to re3 folder and delete all files there and reinstall game now works

Is works man? I ive self problem anothers my windows version is 11.

I installed RE3 Remake for the first time today and ran into the same problem. Uninstalling the game, deleting all remaining files and reinstalling the game worked for me (on WIN11).
