Serious issue in Nest after getting the vaccine

Hello,

for some reason after getting the vaccine I have a serious bug issue.
When crawling through the shaft to reach the room with the explosive tanks where Nemesis grabs JIll at her legs and you have continously press the w-key to escape. As soon as I enter the saferoom afterwards there´s no possibillity to pick up items nor interact with the door, the typewriter or the itembox. Also opening my inventory as well as opening the gamemenu won´t work and I have to end the game via taskmanager.
I´ve tried to restart the game but the issue is still there. After loading the autosafe it works fine until I reach the saveroom after the cutsceneevent - this renders the game for me not to be able to finish it. I don´t have a savefile at hand because in that run I didn´t use the typewriter. I also hadn´t had this issue before.

Any suggestions how to fix that or do I really have to start all over again - I was sitting for at least two and a half to three hours on that and it´s quite annoying wasting time for nothing...

Does starting all over again even fix the issue? I've run into the same problem (and apparently so have quite a few people) and I'm starting to think it's an unfixed bug

Yes starting all over worked fine and the issue didn´t happen again since for several playthroughs. I would recomment to save just before developing the vaccine in the saferoom below to make sure to have a save-file to "fix" the problem but I cannot say for sure if it might work with that.

I have a save before making the vaccine (the two components mixed but haven't been put into the machine). Yet when I load that save, make the vaccine and escape Nemesis I run into the same issue again.
So maybe I have to start from the beggining?

Cheers, i'll keep an eye out on other threads to see if people stll have this issue. And i'll also send Capcom support an email about the problem/bug

I have maintained W pressed instead of tapping it. The issue remains
