No mods work
I can´t get any mod to work. I get broken textures and even body parts that disappear.

Even the one which converts the rifle to AK 12, those textures are broken as well.

Strangely enough, the one which makes Carlos´ hair short works fine.

What to do? I don´t want to play the game again with the same stuff...

Update fluffy manager. Be sure the mods are for the correct version of the game. It'll usually say which is which. Or if it doesn't, you can also tell by the last time the mod was updated.

If it's before... I think June 2022 it's ONLY for the dx11 non rt build.

They are all for non-rt, they say that, and I run the game as non-rt.

Did you do a clean install?

If you switched from the rt update to the non-rt beta, there tend to be files left behind that cause issues.

I have uninstalled everything, deleted even the remaining game folders in the Steam folder, in "commons" as well as "steamuser", installed again with the non-rt version and nothing happened.

Did you click the update button in fluffy manager?

I have already tried everything.
It checks for updates when you start it, I have the most up-to-date version.

Well, why don't you exercise some patience and wait more than a week before replaying a game that you enjoyed?

Whenever you finish a game and think, "Man! I can't wait to play that again!", give it a year before you come back... I promise you'll forget most of it and have almost as much fun as the first time.

If you're up to date on 3.014, make sure you've got a clean install of RE3 with no mods or anything else leftover in the folder. Then click re-read game archives.

THEN try installing mods.

In the readme it says I have Fluffy Manager 5000 (v3.004). When I start it, it checkes for updates and it says I have the most up-to-date version.

That´s something I do on a regular basis. Still, I want to see Jill with different costumes.

Well, alright. In that case I guess it stinks that the only one that works is for Carlos, lol.

It worked for a couple of mods for Jill by now. Please read the previous posts.

That's great news.
