Worth buying?
I heard its very short compare to the Original, and theres no extra game modes.

Or maybe I should save my money for future Remakes or Sequel?

read our criticisms man. 5/6 hour adventure and not as consistent as re2/4 remake. imo first half is weak, second half is better.

if you really wan to play it, go for it. just go in with tempered expectations.
7 - 10 bucks is worth it.

Hell yeah! This game is a blast to play.
It's not shorter than the Original if you factor everything together, takes roughly the same as RE3: Nemesis or REmake2. I say roughly because the game can be shorter one to two hours compared to REmake2 Campaign A.

REmake2 on average is 4-8, 10 hours at best. REmake3 is 4-6 at best.

But it is inferior to the original in every single possible way. That isn't to say the game is bad, because it simply isn't. However there are a lot of cutscenes and the game is VERY linear apart from two sections.

To complete everything and get 100%, it might take you 30-40 hours. There is also an additional challenge mode/difficulty called Inferno which remixed the enemies/item placement and makes it harder. Something like Madhouse in Resident Evil 7.

I bought it at full price on release for PS4, later got a free update on PS5 and now got it on PC because it was cheap in a bundle (Got the bundle for REmake2 BioRand Randomizer which is coming soon).

For 10€, it's certainly worth it if you are planning on replaying the game, doing all the challenges and Inferno, going for +S rank, etc.

It's a good game, just a horrible Remake.

I really liked it, it's fun and it has good graphics. Also, I recommed playing RE2 along this one because they're like kinda connected :p (try to buy it while on sale though)

1000% worth it.

its short but it encourages replayability due to the points shop n unlockable difficulties.

u also get resident evil resistance, a online pvp game thats like outbreak mixed wit dungeons n dragons.

its a fun game to run thru wit all the bonus weapons u unlock every once in a while.
It's worth it however only buy this game when it's on sale.
Its very good but sadly too short.
After playing the original, and only at a deep discount.

3 Original just has everything you'd expect RE3 to have and more. Compared to 3R, which doesnt even live up to RE2R let alone get close to the original in content.
I'll buy that for a dollar :momm:

you cant dodge zombies, the space bar doesnt really do an effective dodge you just stumble around.
the zombies magnetize to you and will always grab you, spamming the push or interact keys dont actually push them away, they will always bite you even though you barely got near them.
overall a bad game

get a different game or wait for a huge sale. this has poor game feel.
None of what you said is true lol. There's relatively few cutscenes and plenty of gameplay; the dodge mechanism works fine (with a controller); of course the zombies gravitate towards you- they're zombies, and they aren't that hard to dodge, also if I recall correctly you hold the button down to escape them, you don't spam it.

It's a fun game, just not super long. There was more to the original in terms of locations and events but the original was still a pretty short game like all the OG REs. I recommend this game, especially since you can often get it on sale for like 10 bucks.
It's my first RE game and even I don't have the problems STOP TK has. I have the mindset that the first playthrough is just a warm up. It's about as long as DMC5 and I played that over 25 times and counting, so how short it is doesn't matter. You can even get a loot randomiser mod to make every play have different loot to present new dilemmas. I haven't played others so maybe it seems bad because comparison is the thief of joy, but it's really good.
