Nemesis doesn't want to die

i'm talking about when he transforms for the first time after galling in water
i used everything i can hit him with that i found in the field, playing on hardcore wondering if this is a glitch or something

It´s difficult, to do real damage you need to explode it when it's running on the walls. Then it falls on the ground with the weak spot open.

What I did was use gunshots to get him to the state he starts running on the walls. After that stop wasting ammo on it, as it'll always go back to running in circles. Use mines on its tracks, then a few shots + explosive or flare rounds to finish then just dodge until it runs on the wall and repeat. Good luck.

i beat him after someone told me that his weak spot is his head, i was just wondering if the ammo i've found in the fight area is enough
becasue before this game i was playing the evil within 2 and the ammo there was spawning during the boss fights lol
