I don't know if you ever saw the post I wrote in the RE2 discussion, but there's a mod that implements DLSS/FSR2/XeSS to the game. It works better with the latest RT version but there is non-RT version. You can read my post on how to use the mod. RE Engine DLSS/FSR2/XeSS
