How to get rid of shop items ?

I got all these shop items cluttering my item box. How do you play this game in standard mode after you bought something from the shop ? Is there a way to reset the shop ? Now I seem to be basically stuck playing NEW GAME+ without the option to go back to the standard mode.

If you want to reset your Bonuses, Records, and Shop purchases but keep your saves, you'll need to disable Steam's cloud saves for RE3 and navigate to this folder:
[Your Steam Install Path]\userdata\[Your User ID]\952060\remote\win64_save

Delete data000.bin and data00-1.bin
Do not delete the files with "Slot" in the name. Those are your manual saves.

You could always leave the items in the box if you don't want to use them...
