I have 3 coins instead of 2

I bought 1 defense, 1 attack and 1 recovery coin with the ingame points and later I bought the DLC that unlocks everything. But it seems that I still have the one coin that I bought before ingame, adding up to 3 coins. So does stacking the 3 coins buff you even more? People that didn't buy anything before buying the DLC just don't get these feature? If I bought 2 coins before buying the DLC, I could've had 4 coins (for example 4 recovery coins)?

Also I now have two infinite assault rifles (for you know, when one runs out.....)

Yes, the DLC duplicates everything that you can already normally get through the shop, so you'll end up with the double of everything.

And yes, all coins stack.

I recommend you stack up on coins and bring the rocket launcher if your playing inferno mode, like defense and recovery coins.
