Can someone just answer please if you unlock infinite ammo like in RE2 remake or not?

The infinite weapons are bought in a ingame shop with points you earn from completing runs of the main game.

The DLC unlocks those as in the description:

"Instant unlock for the following rewards, which can also be unlocked through gameplay.
- Difficulty modes: Nightmare and Inferno
- All models
- All concept art
- The shop and all items obtainable within"

So yes, it will give you the unlocked weapons but i advise against it.
The game is pretty short and the motivation from doing multiple runs to unlock higher difficulties and infinite weapons is pretty much the whole gameplay cycle.
Take that away and there is not much left.
Unlocking everything with a DLC is rather counterproductive in my opinion but each to their own i guess.

I already unlocked most things on PS4 so I don´t want to do it over again here, jut want to install mods and have fun

But my question remains, I read the description but I can´t find any item like the INFINITE AMMO like ine RE2 remake

is there anything like that here? thanks in advance

You unlock all the things you can buy in the Bonus store, thats it.
You dont get any extra stuff thats not in there.
It only unlocks all the stuff you normally would unlock yourself over multiple runs at once.

As for "infinite ammo" weapons,
there are:

MUP Pistol
Rai-Den Pistol
CQBR Assault Rifle
Rocket Launcher

Those you get from the Unlock DLC without needing to spend points.
The rest are medals, costumes and so on.
There is no general "infinite ammo" you can unlock, only the ones locked to certain weapons.
