Currently at 53/56

For anyone who has completed the achievement, where are the 3 most concealed documents in the game? Please help lol.

after last boss on the ledge above ladder near some goo. the 3 at the first person part which i didnt know you could interact or pick up anything.

As far as I know there are 4 at the Start not 3.

One I found that was pretty easy to miss was a note in the middle of the drain deimos section, at the top of the ladder.

At Nest 2, After the body bag room, There is a file next to a dead scientist on your right (I think it's a pale head on Nightmare+)

Before climbing the bridge that leads to Nemesis fight Number 2, on a bench.

Btw I also missed the last one after the final Boss fight on my first 4 runs. :)
