If they were fighting hand-to-hand it would probably be a brutal affair but Nemesis can keep coming back from damage with new forms while Super Tyrant only really has one shot. I guess the best bet each of the would have would be to pop the head off the other (Nemesis's NE-alpha parasite is in its brain so I'm sure reducing that to mush before it could evolve to protect itself would work well for a Super Tyrant).
Do we ever see a Tyrant mutate far beyond Super Tyrant into some crazy dog monster stuff or giant room-sized abominations? This is a legit question, there's a lot of goofy side Tyrants in the non-mainline games that I'm not sure about.
Well, Hypnos from RE Survivor (2000) had a third form that resembled a gorilla because the torso became a lot heavier due to extra bulk. I get the impression that the T-Virus would have mutated the creature into a licker form to allow it to support extra muscle mass from a following mutation. Remember, a licker is a zombie that mutated into a second stage, so I think it stands to reason that the Tyrant would undergo something similar, owing to the fact that it shares the same human physiology.
