Keyboard and mouse is the best way. Feels very very good on my pc. I played RE2 on my xbox one x with a controller, and the keyboard and mouse are a level above in immersion.

I used to play with a controller, but keyboard+mouse is better by far in my opinion, accuracy with mouse is so much better it is stupid how I played with a useless controller for so long.

i dont own the game yet, but gotta say if you play pc gotta use keyboard and mouse unless its the original game, games on pc need to be played with a better equipment like everyone else said

But it doesn't feel right to play a console game without a controller.
