Zombie on the donut shop roof in Nightmare.

I noticed this guy chillin' up there by chance and popped him and he just died. What a strange out-of-the-way zombie!

Does he jump down to ambush you later if you don't take care of him early or something? What's this guy's deal?

Saw him from the Toy Uncle side of the street just banging against the giant donut sign (in low FPS animation due to distance, of course womp womp).

I've played through Nightmare and Inferno several times and can confirm he will always show up

there are many zombies on high places in nightmare and inferno that drop down when you get close

I think he does hop down later. There are a couple of instances of this in the game. They might be "hidden" and stored up for later. Wasn't that a thing in reRE:2? I remember reading something about zombies and characters being rendered and in the game world long before you could see them. It was a video marveling at the technical prowess to have mobs and NPCs rendered and "living" constantly even when you couldn't see them without a noclipping hack.

some zombies drop from the sky, i was running through some stuff and they just fell off from places i have never seen before lololol
