Yes, the game suffers from cut content. It is a disappointment. However, whats in is equally bad. the dialogue and diaries seem like they were written by frat bros who thought they would give writing a shot.

Meh. Nathaniel Bard was pretty based. He wrecked that nurse so hard she probably killed herself immediately after, luckily avoiding the outbreak and never knowing what become of Raccoon City. Exploding into a rant dropping truth bombs left and right, I bet he walked away with those Deal With It™ sunglasses with Thug Lyfe playing too, lol.

It's paying homage to all the "B horror movies" from the 90's, more than the first game.

We have a lot of cutscenes, like the one on the parking roof. A typical scene from the slasher movies.

This game is FULL of these things. And is one of the main reason why it's great. And mostly comes from Jill's mouth, reason why she is so good in this remake.

Jill's voice acting and delivery is great and her attitude suits the situation, kinda makes sense she's cold with Umbrella guys around her.

Suits the situation? I'm sorry, I couldn't agree less. Especially at the end of the game she becomes an ultimate version of Leon. "Good riddance". Yeah, good riddance, fantastic line for soaking in rotten creature's flesh. Also "So long, RC" she says nearly like she's happy the whole city is gone. I don't really care about her looks. Her character is what sucks about her the most.
