hunter. it has body armor, walks upright, isnt blind, can open doors

Hunter without a doubt...has a one hit kill move whereas the licker does not lol.

Well lickers were considered a happy accident, like crimson heads. It just had a chance for zombies to turn into one over time. Hunters were deliberately created killers that I think had far more killing power.

Well that part is just game logic, a licker could easily one hit kill a human too, just doesnt happen in game.
