nah I got that too and then tried again and it worked I'm not sure why that issue is happening.

I had it too and after I installed this it worked.
I don't know if the k lite codec is the reason why it worked, but it worked.

If you guys have the Windows 10 Pro N, u need to download the https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/software-download/mediafeaturepack (Media feature Pack), download, install, restart windows, then play the game!
