It's 2020; Why are we not able to Pre-download?
It's a bit of a bummer that in 2020, you don't have pre-download enabled. It's midnight here in the USA / east coast. I was really looking forward to staying up an extra few hours to get some gaming in. Now I have a 40 min or so wait while this downloads.
