AMD rewards - issues with site loading?

hey, this is for anyone that got re3 remake through the amd promotional code. i can't seem to load up the rewards to claim re3. is anyone able to do so?

Not sure if this helps: but you have to download the AMD Rewards program thru Chrome for it to work.

It is broken Edge and wont work if you download it thru Edge (possibly Firefox too). You have to download the program that checks you're computure for qualifying AMD parts, through Chrome.

If you've done this, and the website side of the equation isn't working, then you might want to try another time. Often their website has issues.

I bought a R9 3900X over Christmas and had to go through this process to redeem my free copies of Borderlands 3 and The Outer Worlds. Downloaded the program several times on Edge and it wouldn't connect to their website, before someone told me to use Chrome instead. Then when I got onto their website I kept having issues and had to try it another time.

i had already hardware verified the coupon code a while ago. so it was just the redeeming the games onto my steam account. anyway this issue is now resolved several hours later unfortunately, hope next time amd gets their act together.

Yes Its my first AMD acc ,the hardware was verified w/ AMD's tool, tecnically i have all my rewards no my AMD acc waiting to connect with Steam but the final stage of the reedem (connetc whit Steam to add the games to my lib fails) Steam dont allow to add the games,AMD's support says ITS a Steam API s problem but idk im worried cause the games has a few weeks to be reedemed

you could be running some kind of adblock thats stopping the steam login popup?

Nope i try on a 5 diferent browsers (Safari, opera, Firefox,Chrome AND mint) 2 PC (the original with the Radeon card AND a AMD laptop)AND a phone with 2 android browsers,try to clean all caches block AND unblock cookies, even use a vpn on 2 diferent countries.

I can confirm that I have the exact same problem as Feralt - it says

"Steam Login

We could not successfully complete the activation. Please try again."

Support told me to try a different browser, disable addons, allow 3rd party cookies. None of that has worked. I'm in same boat. I told them it didn't work - radio silence from AMD Rewards as of today.

Same problem here, tried with multiple browsers & devices. Browser console says there's a 400 error - so likely the issue is with amdrewards website sending an invalid request...
