Notice Capcom doesn't copy the face models exactly, they follow an aesthetic formula making the skull more dolichocephalic [relatively long head with cephalic index of less than 75]. The artist also makes the jawline considerably lighter and emphasises the high forehead. The Julia Voth Jill has different facial features in RE5 compared to REmake, not merely her hair being blonde.

As for being realistic or not. It's not that people with such idealized phenotype do not exist nor is it unrealistic, they are simply a rare minority.

If people wanted a realistic game they would have been disappointed that Nemesis has anime tentacles.(Which always reminds me of that special "fan made" RE movie)

i wouldnt wanna fight him though, he took me full on strangling the crap out of his neck, and he didnt tap out, even after 30 seconds
the guy basically used me at full strength just to train his conditioning for being choked out
The face model, Sasha Zotova is better proportioned than her RE3 render. Notice the real person doesn't have such an aquiline nose. The nose and forehead angle is what really changes the look. When viewed from the front and side, the real person's nose has a slightly upturned point, whereas Jill in the game has a nose that points down, meaning you don't see her nostrils from any angle.
Zotova's nose bridge has a subtle concave angle and only slight upper bridge protrusion. The changes they made to her brow, nose and jawline are subtly heavier, and the skull is made more square, which is the opposite to Capcom's previous formula.

Checked some interviews, videos, etc. The dude is big. He's like 93-95 kilos. Surely he can pack quite a power.
In his interview he did state he used weight training for acquiring a high level of strength. So basically I wasn't wrong and he wasn't wrong.
When you lift heavy you will bulk, that is simply a physiology of muscle. I'm sure he will say the same. You wouldn't like to bulk to the point of, I don't know, Ronnie Coleman? That is where you lose mobility advantage. Being built like him and have strength that comes from with it is a big plus.
That is a tough dude. You were lucky to have such a great sparing partner.

Realism is overrated. If people actually cared about it, they'd be playing the game called Real Life. The hypocrites.
My friend, I think that you don't get it, This isn't the real world it is a video game, it is like to do Cap America choose a ugly guy, it won't work(I don't feel offended because he is a handsome boy and I am only a normal boy). I'm not telling that She is garbage in real world but for a game where there is a female hero and all the story rotate arround her, Capcom has given her an ugly face. I think that Campom doing well with Claire in the previus Remake, but in this Remake Jill don't have a beautifull face, They could make her face a little better. I don't want make more controversy, I know that beauty is soggettive and for that reasone I respect you point of view. Than I please you to don't offend others.
If this game wanted to be realistic then they should have removed zombies from it because zombies aren't realistic.

In the end it's just a videogame, not the real life, who cares if zombies doesn't tip over each others...
Maybe its because its in the previous game and they just have to copy paste it over and they cant even do that. But we will see on release if they can copy paste it back.
But realism isnt really an issue here, its that very beautiful women are shunned because the normal looking ones get jealous/offended so they protest and whine that they dont get much attention. So these developers cater to them and in return change the original image, personality and design of the character.
